Respected Sir,
With due respect and regard, I would like to inform you that none of the
persons / officials of MCD responsible for cleansing of streets and removal
of rubbish and filth are doing their duties as entrusted.
The shocking fact is that even the roads adjoining the school building and
parks are also not being cleansed regularly / daily. They use to deposit the
garbage, rubbish filth and other polluted and obnoxious matters nearby the
school and parks. A few pictures showing this fact is annexed herewith as a
proof of my allegations.
These pictures are, taken today .i.e. 15-09-2011 at 0630 am, of dhalao
adjoining of the *Rajkiya Sarvodaya Bal Vidyalaya*, Mandawali, a park namely
*Dr Hedgewar Park adjoining *Kalyan Marg road in Mandawali*, Dhalao No.18
near Mandawali local Railway station. All these places belong to ward no.
218*
Despite the specific directions by the Hon’ble Supreme Court and High Court
of Delhi to the effect that accumulation of any rubbish, filth, garbage or
other polluted obnoxious matters in any premises and/or prohibiting any
person from depositing the same in any street or public place shall be
scrupulously complied and the streets, public premises such as parks etc.
shall be surface cleaned on daily basis, including on Sundays and public
holidays.
This attitude of concerned officials including Sanitary Inspectors /
Assistant Sanitary Inspectors / Sanitary Guides endangers to public health
and the resident of the area are being exposed to the various diseases.
Hence yourgoodself is requested to cause to cleanse the said spot
immediately and take action penal action against the person who is not |
